We are a planned residential covenant community with mandatory membership to the Homeowners Association. Annual Assessments are paid once a year and help cover the upkeep of the common areas, entrance signage, playground, and detention/retention ponds etc. Membership also binds you to the association’s Governing Documents known as By Laws; Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R); and compliance to Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
The association is governed by volunteer elected homeowners who serve as Board members and live within the community. They help govern the POA through the covenants, oversee the maintenance of common grounds, community utilities, as well as the finances of the POA Community.
We are a community of 219 homes adorned in a neighborhood of wooded home sites. Our neighborhood is filled with residents who care and are striving to constantly improve our community and make it a better place to call home, maintaining a clean and cohesive atmosphere within the community.
Outside the community and within two to four miles is access to a mall, grocery stores, car dealerships, restaurants, gas stations, medical facilities, and an interstate. The area provides easy access to Arabian Mountain, bike paths, and a public library. The community is a 30 minute ride from downtown Atlanta. The first homes were built in 2008 and the final phase was completed in 2021.
Not only does our website serve as a valuable resource for current events and important information within the community but it is also a virtual meeting place for homeowners that's easily accessible from your cell phone, tablet or other devices.
